The Main Legal Actions against the so-called Flu “Vaccine”
There are, at present, three major and several related legal actions being undertaken to protect, primarily, the American people from the actions of the pharmaceutical conglomerate. Two of these actions are criminal and the other civil. Criminal charges have also been brought in Austria against two of the major producers of the putative “vaccine”.
To date I have not heard anything from Canada whose citizens should be bringing charges of genocide and crimes against humanity against their government and certain pharmaceutical companies at the world court in The Hague. See my Blog posting of the 24th September. If anyone knows of action being taken I would welcome receiving details.

Meanwhile, in a civil action which, of course, can be got to court much more quickly, The Natural Health Foundation has filed for an injunction preventing the FDA from granting a permit for use on human before any safety tests have been carried out. The reason the FDA has been told by the pharma conglomerate to issue the licence without any safety tests is the special laws passed two years ago and again this year granting pharmaceutical company immunity from legal action (both civil and criminal). Under these laws, their immunity disappears if they knew in advance that the drug or “medication” they were pushing was dangerous to human health. Their great anxiety that no safety tests be carried out should serve as a very loud warning to all of us.
